I am a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, and my work brings together holistic coaching principles with Chinese wisdom and a deep respect for individual nature. Holistic wellness coaching looks at the whole person, rather than isolated goals or symptoms.

Rather than focusing only on goals or single aspects of well-being, I look at how different areas of your life interact — emotional, physical, relational, and inner. This integrated perspective allows us to understand what supports you, what creates friction, and where change can unfold naturally.

What makes this work different is not a method, but an orientation: understanding before action, alignment before effort, and care before pressure.

From there, change unfolds in a way that feels considered, aligned, and sustainable.
